一般說(shuō)來(lái)由于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中工質(zhì)的溫度常不能保持恒定,故多采用頻差法及時(shí)差法。只有在管徑很大時(shí)才采用直接時(shí)差法。對(duì)換能器安裝方法的選擇原則一般是:當(dāng)流體沿管軸平行流動(dòng)時(shí),選用Z法;當(dāng)流動(dòng)方向與管鈾不平行或管路安裝地點(diǎn)使換能器安裝間隔受到限制時(shí),采用V法或X法。當(dāng)流場(chǎng)分布不均勻而表前直管段又較短時(shí),也可采用多聲道(雙聲道或四聲道)來(lái)克服流速擾動(dòng)帶來(lái)的流量測(cè)量誤差。多普勒法適于測(cè)量?jī)上嗔鳎杀苊獬R?guī)儀表由懸浮粒或氣泡造成的堵塞、磨損、附著而不能運(yùn)行的弊病,因而得以迅速發(fā)展。
