設(shè)備用途：Application：
金屬帶材焊接機(jī)可用于帶鋼焊管生產(chǎn)線、連續(xù)沖壓生產(chǎn)線以及其它帶材生產(chǎn)線。能完成帶材的剪切焊接工作、可以焊接的帶材包括：不銹鋼、碳鋼、鍍鋅帶、銅、鋁等材料。
It can be used for steel welding pipe production,continuous stamping production and other production.It can be finished the welding work of strip material(including stainless steel,carbon steel,galvanized strip,copper,aluminum) .
1. 采用先進(jìn)的剪切工藝，剪口平整無毛刺；
Adopt advanced shear process without burr.
2. 以液壓/壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，工作方便；
It is easy to work for hydraulic pressure as power.
3. 板材夾緊，剪切對(duì)中由腳踏開關(guān)控制動(dòng)作；
Clamping plank and keeping the level,all these controlled by foot switch
4. 采用鎢極TIG焊接，焊縫平整凸起小，不需要打磨，焊后帶材強(qiáng)度高；
Use tungsten TIG welding;The welding seam is small without polishing. And it is high strength.
5. 焊接過程自動(dòng)化；Automatic for welding.
