其具體實(shí)施過(guò)程為：模具上做均恒的加溫道，當(dāng)注塑機(jī)合模后（特殊情況下可開(kāi)模即進(jìn)行加熱）吹入高溫高壓熱水，首先把模具溫度提高到一個(gè)加熱設(shè)定值，然后開(kāi)始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機(jī)完成射膠/保壓轉(zhuǎn)入冷卻后，開(kāi)始注入冷水，模具溫度很快下降到一個(gè)冷卻設(shè)定值后開(kāi)模，完成整個(gè)注塑過(guò)程，等待下個(gè)注射周期。
