解析單梁起重機(jī)
單梁起重機(jī)作為物料搬運機(jī)械中最主要的一種，它具有一個橋架形承載結(jié)構(gòu)的起重機(jī)，它依靠起升機(jī)構(gòu)和在水平面內(nèi)兩個相互垂直方向作平移運動的運行結(jié)構(gòu)，能在長方形空間內(nèi)搬運貨物。被廣泛的應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造車間、冶金車間、石油、石化、港口、鐵路、民航、電站、造紙、建材、電子等行業(yè)的車間、倉庫、料場等。具有外形尺寸緊湊、建筑凈空高度低、自重輕、輪壓小等優(yōu)點。

2跨度和懸臂伸距：軌道式單梁門式起重機(jī)的跨度是指起重機(jī)行走的軌道中心線的距離。懸臂伸距是指兩側(cè)軌道中心線分別至懸臂端吊具中心線之間的距離。
3起升高度：吊具底部平面至地面的距離。
4工作速度：單梁起重機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)工作速度根據(jù)作業(yè)要求而定。額定起升速度是起重機(jī)構(gòu)電動機(jī)在額定轉(zhuǎn)速或油泵輸出額定流量時取物裝置滿載起升的速度。
