KDR-V5混凝土快速凍融試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用水凍水融法，符合外觀要求為100*100*400的混凝土試件的抗凍融試驗(yàn)，一次可放置試件5組（16件含一個(gè)中心試件）。試驗(yàn)時(shí)試件被放置在試驗(yàn)橡膠筒中，混凝土快速凍融試驗(yàn)機(jī)(一體機(jī))凍融試驗(yàn)箱廠家質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉橡膠筒中裝有水，橡膠筒又被放在裝有防凍液的試件箱中，靠機(jī)組對(duì)防凍液的制冷或加熱來使橡膠筒中的試件凍結(jié)、融化，從而完成凍融試驗(yàn)。

 該設(shè)備在整個(gè)運(yùn)行當(dāng)中為全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，無需人為干預(yù)，當(dāng)試驗(yàn)完成至設(shè)定（默認(rèn)50次）次數(shù)后會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，并發(fā)出提示音提示試驗(yàn)完成，若需繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)可累加設(shè)定次數(shù)然后繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。

該產(chǎn)品已獲國家專利（專利號(hào)：ZL 2008 0 0078412.7）。

特點(diǎn)

1、壓縮機(jī)功率小，3P進(jìn)口壓縮制冷。不管是放在室內(nèi) 還是室外，噪音小。
2、加熱不采用加熱管，功率小。加熱管長期浸泡在防凍液里，容易導(dǎo)電等現(xiàn)象，影響加熱壽命。

凍融循環(huán)周期2.5~4小時(shí)，融化時(shí)間不小于1/4凍融周期，凍結(jié)終了時(shí)試件中心溫度-18±2℃融化，融化終了時(shí)試件中心溫度5±2℃，降溫時(shí)間1.5-2.5小時(shí)，升溫時(shí)間1.0-1.5小時(shí)，試件中心與表面的溫差小于28℃，循環(huán)次數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為300多次。

The concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine adopts the water freeze-thaw method to conduct freeze-thaw tests on concrete specimens that meet the appearance requirements of 100 * 100 * 400. Five sets of specimens (16 including one central specimen) can be placed at a time. During the experiment, the test piece is placed in a test rubber cylinder. The concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine (integrated machine) freeze-thaw test chamber is made of high-quality and affordable materials. The rubber cylinder is filled with water, and then placed in a test piece box containing antifreeze. The unit cools or heats the antifreeze to freeze and melt the test piece in the rubber cylinder, thus completing the freeze-thaw test.

When the test is completed to the set (default of 50 times), it will automatically stop and emit a prompt sound to indicate the completion of the test.
