德國Behlke電子開關使用注意事項：1，連接及操作：應用時應注意電源電壓不能高于5.5V以及極性不能接反,否則會有損壞電子開關的危險。為避免開機時產生過大的浪涌電流和保護開關應該限制電源電流在1A以下，或使用1A的供電電源供電；2，在中間位置的三個引腳,它們在內部連接到一起為開關的高壓負極。另三個一排的引腳也是在內部連接到一起為開關的高壓正極。應用時應注意將它們分別連接到一起。
主要應用：需要產生高電壓快速脈沖的場合,例如：快速脈沖群發生器，泡克耳斯盒驅動器，雷達調節器等。它擁有納秒級的的上升沿時間，能輸出較大脈沖電流。它與傳統的真空電子管相比，有速率高，輸出阻抗低，壽命長，驅動簡單，功耗小等特點。
