SGT-4000雙軌串焊機
1.4000雙軌串焊機概述
SGT-4000串焊機是一款把檢測完好的電池片通過互聯條焊接成串，并把焊接好的電池串分類收集的自動化設備。設備采用PLC、伺服、四軸工業機器人、機器視覺等各種先進的自動化技術，實現從電池片上料到電池串出料的全自動加工。

◆CCD視覺缺陷檢測和定位。
◆高速四軸機械手電池片分類搬運及定位。
◆助焊劑精切、定量涂抹。
◆獨創柔性壓持焊帶機構。
◆紅外加熱，分段焊接；焊接溫度及功率閉環控制，溫度爬升平緩、熱沖擊小，有效減小電池片碎片率。
◆電池串檢測系統可用于檢測主柵露白和匯流條位置（可選）。
