本實(shí)用新型公開了一種閥門與下游彎管焊接對(duì)口裝置，包括設(shè)備本體、上游直管段、手動(dòng)截止閥、大小頭、下游彎管；設(shè)備本體的兩端設(shè)有吊環(huán)；設(shè)備本體的上表面左側(cè)設(shè)有管支架Ⅰ，管支架Ⅰ的右側(cè)設(shè)有2個(gè)管支架Ⅱ；管支架Ⅱ的右側(cè)設(shè)有內(nèi)六角圓柱頭螺孔，內(nèi)六角圓柱頭螺孔的右側(cè)設(shè)有變徑管支架；變徑管支架的右側(cè)設(shè)有彎管支架，彎管支架上設(shè)有壓板，壓板上設(shè)有開口擋圈，開口擋圈上設(shè)有銷軸，銷軸上設(shè)有上壓塊；管支架Ⅰ、管支架Ⅱ上設(shè)有上游直管段；上游直管段的右端與手動(dòng)截止閥相連接，手動(dòng)截止閥的右端與大小頭相連接，大小頭的右端與下游彎管相連接。本實(shí)用新型用以實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門與下游彎管的焊接對(duì)口，使用簡(jiǎn)便、又能降低施工成本。
