說明:T227是以錫磷青銅焊芯,藥皮為低氫型銅合金焊條.有一定的強度，良好的塑性、耐沖擊性、耐磨性及耐蝕性能。其特點是焊接工藝性能良好，通用性大。采用直流電源,焊條接正極。
用途：除適用于焊接紫銅、黃銅、磷青銅等同種及異種金屬外,還可廣泛用于堆焊磷青銅軸襯、船舶推進器葉片等，也可用于鑄鐵的焊補及堆焊.

注意事項:1.焊前焊條須在200度左右烘焙1小時.焊件表面的水、油污等必須清楚干凈。
2.焊前預熱溫度，磷青銅為150~250度，紫銅預熱為450度,碳鋼200度。
3.焊后用平頭錘錘擊焊縫，消除應力。
