Footstar驗廠流程 ——Footstar突擊驗廠

一、看廠流程基本如下 ：

1—管理層訪問；

2—查看工廠硬件設備，即生產線和工廠設施 (包括倉庫， 車間， 食堂， 如工廠有其它設施如宿舍， 醫療室等也要看) ；

3—查看工廠文件資料，包括：人事檔案、勞動合同、工廠規章制度、政策及其記錄的檔案、考勤資料和工資數據等；

4—員工訪談。

二、具體來說：

Unannounced Factory Audit consists of 5parts 突擊驗廠包含以下5道流程：

1. Opening Meeting- Auditor will explain the intention of visit and the audit process.    開始會議，也即管理層訪問-審驗員解釋驗廠目的及驗廠程序 

2. Factory tour - General Walkthrough of the factory and dorms(if applicable)    工廠走覽- 對于廠區及宿舍等進行一般性走查 

3. Employee interviews - Confidential, conducted one-to-one of in small groups.    雇員面談- 秘密的, 一對一或分小組進行面談 

4. Factory management interview- Review hiring process, factory rules, work schedu   les, and other procedures used by factory management. Also include  Country of origin review- Review production records and shipping records.

工廠管理層面談及工廠文件檢查—評估雇傭程序，工廠規章制度，工作計劃以及工廠管    理的其它文件和程序。其中還包括原產國審驗—檢查生產記錄和運輸記錄. 5. Closing meeting- Review any findings found during the audit with factory management. This includes details how to correct the issue(s) and discuss CAP finish date. The audit recap must be signed by both the auditor and factory management and a copy need be left with the factory.
