主要功能及應用

該設備屬于一種定長開料的管類設備，主要用于按照設定尺寸，分切各種尺寸，各種壁厚的銅管和鋁管。根據不同的后續加工需要，“旋轉無屑切割”或者“高速鋸片切割”，任意可選。

操作簡單，管材切口整齊，平滑，無毛刺。

配備“雙向動力放料架”，具有氣動剎車功能，保證送管放料與切管的同步性，能否有效防止料盤因慣性作用而造成突然放料過長，過快，而損傷管材的現象，進一步保證了管類的分切質量。

Main Characteristics and Applications

This equipment is designed for straightening and cutting various sizes of copper and aluminum tubes to predetermined length.

Depending on quality requirements, machine can use “Rotary Chipless Cutting” or “High Speed Saw Blade Cutting” leaving the cutting edge smooth with no burrs.

Machine is equipped with “Bidirectional Pipe Uncoiler” that is synchronized with pipe feeding and cutting by means of pneumatic brakes and servo driven rotation of uncoiler table that allows to achieve precision length of cut tubes,can effectively prevent pipe damaged phenomenon of feed the tube suddenly too long or too fast due to inertia effect,further ensure the tube cutting quality.
