一、簡(jiǎn)介

YL800PC為重型機(jī)型，馬達(dá)采用雙頻控制，穩(wěn)定省電；操作采用雙面牙桿調(diào)整，簡(jiǎn)單方便；出紙采用多條皮帶配合吸風(fēng)保證連續(xù)不斷并準(zhǔn)確給紙；獨(dú)有三板式預(yù)折，使給紙更準(zhǔn)確；提供上下糊桶左右兩組，適合各種變化的產(chǎn)品；采用光電計(jì)數(shù)器，可定量計(jì)數(shù)，裝有自動(dòng)踢板裝置（可選裝自動(dòng)噴記裝置）；輸送壓臺(tái)采用特殊材料，確保產(chǎn)品完美無(wú)缺；適合一般兩折盒，及四折、六折或四折勾底；在本機(jī)基本配置的基礎(chǔ)上，有針對(duì)性的增加輔件，更能適應(yīng)各類(lèi)特殊變化的盒型。本機(jī)主要適用于小型包裝，如化妝品、藥品、酒盒及其它卡紙包裝、瓦楞紙包裝。調(diào)試簡(jiǎn)單，操作簡(jiǎn)易方便。

二、組成部分

分為給紙、折返、底貼、本折、傳壓五個(gè)部分。

Components:

Paper feeding, pre-folding, bottom glueing, folding, pressing five units.

1)      給紙部：

由六條30mm寬給紙帶配合吸風(fēng)馬達(dá)；12mm金屬板橫向調(diào)動(dòng)單板獨(dú)立操作設(shè)定寬度，壓花動(dòng)力導(dǎo)輪引導(dǎo)出紙皮帶；左右二邊設(shè)擋板，配合產(chǎn)品式樣左右調(diào)動(dòng)；給紙部配二把出紙刀，根據(jù)實(shí)樣調(diào)節(jié)不對(duì)稱(chēng)長(zhǎng)度；吸風(fēng)強(qiáng)度由吸風(fēng)開(kāi)關(guān)控制；整體配合完成快速度簡(jiǎn)便連續(xù)自動(dòng)正確給紙；配無(wú)段變速調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)紙距離。

2）折返部：

前段配置左右邊預(yù)折刀，可完成小邊邊貼的預(yù)折135度；后段左右邊均有任意線預(yù)折180度裝置；使盒子撐開(kāi)時(shí)更容易，調(diào)整尺寸均由電機(jī)調(diào)整，調(diào)整尺寸更準(zhǔn)確、便捷。

3） 底貼部：

所有糊筒可裝卸；上糊筒配左右各一個(gè)；下糊筒配左右各一個(gè)，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選用，糊筒的糊量可調(diào)節(jié)，穩(wěn)定、保養(yǎng)簡(jiǎn)便；提供的糊輪厚度是4mm，也可按客戶特別要求選用；糊筒采用堅(jiān)固、耐用的全鋼材質(zhì)；底貼由四組勾底裝置配合完成。

4） 本折部：

本折部選用30mm底部和30mm寬的拐帶組合而成；左右兩邊完成第二折線180度，第四折線180度完全結(jié)合；左右導(dǎo)輪根據(jù)不同位置調(diào)教以配合折盒更順暢；下方軸承支持引導(dǎo)皮帶正確運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)整尺寸均由電機(jī)調(diào)整，調(diào)整尺寸更準(zhǔn)確、便捷。

采用獨(dú)立500mm寬，4mm厚的瑞士進(jìn)口皮帶柔軟適中，并配合海棉帶不會(huì)壓傷成品，氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)壓力；使勾底盒壓膠更完美。整個(gè)輸送部可前后移動(dòng)；均衡壓著，整齊輸送，確保完美品質(zhì)；輸送部速度根據(jù)主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度配合光電器自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，也可選用手動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式及速度；由橡膠輪組成一組功能裝置。
