Mako G-040是一款40萬像素的GigE機器視覺相機，采用高品質類型1/2.9（6.3毫米對角線）索尼IMX287 CMOS傳感器。在全分辨率下，該相機每秒運行286幀。如果感興趣的區域較小，則可能會有更高的幀速率。牧人G-040是傳統CCD機型的理想替代品。Mako G相機具有超緊湊的外形和與許多相機相同的安裝位置模擬攝像機。所有型號包括以太網供電（PoE）、三個光隔離輸出和64 MB的圖像緩沖區。精確對準的傳感器可提高圖像質量。默認情況下單色型號不帶濾光片，顏色型號帶IRC Hoya C-5000紅外切斷過濾器。
