1.1 旋轉(zhuǎn)方向（Rotation Direction）
從扇葉面看風(fēng)扇，扇葉逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，按外框一邊的箭號(hào)指示相同方向（The blade is count Clockwise viewing from the blade. The same direction also indicated by an arrow mark on one side of the housing。）
1.2 保護(hù)試驗(yàn)（Protection）
幾個(gè)風(fēng)扇扇葉連在一起固定限制其旋轉(zhuǎn)，如果風(fēng)扇及電子組件不會(huì)損壞，限制旋轉(zhuǎn)的組件被解松則風(fēng)扇可自動(dòng)重新啟動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)。（All fans have integrated protection against locked rotor condition so that there will be no damage to winding or any electronic component. Restarting is automatic as soon as any constraint component to rotation has been released。）
風(fēng)扇放置在垂直位置，打開開關(guān)“ON”或“OFF”風(fēng)扇旋轉(zhuǎn)或停止，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常則說(shuō)明風(fēng)扇是合格品（As fan placed at dead angle position, and the switch of FAN was changed from off to on，Restarting was automatic normal as soon as and proved that this fan is good fan）
1.3 轉(zhuǎn)體鎖定保護(hù)（Locked Rotor Protection）
1.3.1 小電流或者帶Auto start功能的風(fēng)扇，在通電旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)將風(fēng)扇扇葉鎖定，持續(xù)72小時(shí)之后，松開被鎖定扇葉并斷開電源,再重新啟動(dòng)電源，風(fēng)扇自動(dòng)重轉(zhuǎn)，證明風(fēng)扇無(wú)異常。（No damage shall be found after 72 hours continuously at condition of rotation locked，Restarting is automatic as soon as constraint to running has been released）。
1.3.2 大電流或不帶Auto start功能的風(fēng)扇，不可長(zhǎng)時(shí)間鎖定，否則風(fēng)扇會(huì)過(guò)熱損壞。（The fan can’t be locked or the fan will overheat and be damaged）
1.4 極性保護(hù)（Polarity Protection）
電壓正常條件下，如果反接電源對(duì)風(fēng)扇通電5分鐘，斷電后重新按正常兩極連接，所有功能將正常（No damage shall be found with reverse connection 15 minute at rated voltage. After returning to normal polarity, all function shall be normal。）
1.5 自由跌落（Free Drop shock）
單體由600mm高空跌到30mm厚的木板上,風(fēng)扇6個(gè)表面中的任何一面和一角均經(jīng)得起跌落試驗(yàn),并確認(rèn)無(wú)損傷.(The product drops from the bight of 600mm to the wood board of 30mm. Any one of the 6 faces and any one of the corners could withstand the pressure, and also no damage will be found.)。電力測(cè)定（ELECTRICAL INSPECTION）
1.6 絕緣電阻（Insulation Resistance）
在500V直流電條件下，外框與導(dǎo)線正極電阻不少于10MΩ（Not less than 10M ohm between housing and positive end of lead wire(red) at 500V DC）。
6.2 絕緣強(qiáng)度（Dielectric Strength）
在5mA漏電流，VA500C條件下持續(xù)60秒，風(fēng)扇外框與導(dǎo)線無(wú)異常，證明絕緣良好（No damage should at 500 VAC for 60 sec, measured with 5mA trip current between housing and positive end of lead wire）。
6.3 平均壽命（Life Expectancy）
在指定恒溫下持續(xù)工作后，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)，90%能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)即可估算其平均使用壽命（The continuous duty life at given temperature after which,90% of testing units shall still be running）。
