應(yīng)用范圍/Introduction
含有少量鐵、硅、錳的黃銅焊絲。熔融金屬流動性好，由于硅的存在，更加有效的抑制了鋅的蒸發(fā)。可用于銅，鋼，銅鎳合金，灰口鑄鐵的熔化極氣體保護(hù)氬弧焊，以及鑲嵌硬質(zhì)合金刀具。焊前需經(jīng)400-500℃預(yù)熱。
This braze welding rod are similar to RBCuZn-A rods but contain additions of iron and manganese which serve to increase the hardness and strength. In addition, a small amount of silicon serves to control the vaporization of the zinc, yielding the “l(fā)ow-fuming” property. The nickel addition assures uniform distribution of the iron in the deposit.
