數控加工技術在模具制造中應用的意義

2.1 提高模具的精度

由于在模具制造過程中，對模具的精度的控制至關重要。傳統的模具制造需經過一系列的諸如銑、磨、車等加工工藝來完成，加工技術難以保證，而數控加工技術可以保證模具加工的高精度，因此，廣泛應用于模具制造中，例如數控銑床、數控成型機床等，除可以滿足模具加工的要求外，還可以擴大加工材料的選擇范圍。

此外，數控加工技術，對于形態復雜及稀有金屬等不易加工的材料，可以預先設計進行高精度的加工。

2.2 提高模具生產效率

數控加工技術利用其高速切削工藝，其加工速度相較于傳統加工技術可提高 10 倍左右，使得生產出的模具產品具有精度高、穩定好性好等特點。
此外，數控加工技術不僅可以對常見的模具材料進行加工，還可以加工質地較堅硬的材料。

3 、數控加工技術的應用分析

3.1 模具分類

在進行模具加工前，需要進行模具分類，并根據模具種類選擇合適的數控機床。數控加工的方式多種多樣，為了能取得最佳效果，我們應該合理進行分類，目前，較為常用的數控加工機床有銑加工、電火花切割、車削、磨削加工等，只有將加工所用模具進行合理分類，才能滿足生產要求，降低成本。

數控加工是一個整體的流程，只有保證加工的每一道工序都能正常的情況下，才能制造出高質量的模具。
3.2 改進數控技術

隨著計算機技術的不斷發展，數控加工技術也將隨之不斷改進和發展。隨著數控加工技術的不斷提高，模具制造水平也隨之提高，例如對于比較復雜的曲面模具，尤其是具有比較細微復雜形狀的模具，能夠利用數控銑加工及數控電火花加工相結合的方法，實現模具加工的順利完成。
3.3 優化加工程序

數控編程技術是數控加工技術的重要組成部分，數控加工技術水平對數控加工技術有較大影響，加工程序越好，則加工水平越高，加工效益也就越高。
為保證加工效益，技術人員要綜合考量三方面的因素，即加工質量、加工時間及加工程序的應用。因此，對于整個數控編程技術應按照指令并行執行的原則，降低非切削時間，以實現同一時間內的共同并發。

4 、數控加工技術在應用中需注意的問題

對于某些復雜模具，在制造過程中，若原材料選擇不當或加工工藝參數設置不當，則有可能產生一系列的不良反應，如模具表面拉毛、銑削過程中出現粘刀現象等。
因此，需要合理進行選材及設置工藝參數。
