      線圈溫度和動作
      繼電器溫度一發生變化, 繼電器接點彈簧的彈性、摩擦狀態、線圈電阻等也發生變化。但是, 其中對動作時間產生較大影響的是線圈電阻的變化。已經在繼電器

      的動作原理部分對這一點進行了說明。電磁鐵的動作與電流有關。在直流電磁鐵下, 電流可表示為以下公式。


          i : 線圈電流
          R : 線圈電阻
          E : 線圈外加電壓
          ι : 線圈的時間常數L/R
          t : 從電壓外加時經過的時間
      在這里線圈溫度若是上升, 如前面所述, 線圈電阻在0.4%/℃下變大, 線圈時間常數(L/R) 的R (線圈直流電阻) 也變大,因此接點的等待時間就縮短, 動

      作時間也在變快的方向上產生作用。相反, 線圈電阻的增加引起線圈電流的減少, 因此在電壓操作的繼電器中, 動作時間反而變長。下圖表示關于電壓操作和

      電流操作各自動作時間相對于線圈溫度而發生的變化。
      如大型繼電器那樣動作時間要花費數10ms的繼電器, 即使溫度變化, 也不會發生較大變化, 在10ms以下的小型繼電器中可以看到溫度引起的變化的傾向。

      繼電器線圈在非工作狀態下暴露在高溫、高濕的環境中, 而且線圈卷線和鐵芯等其他金屬之間有電位差時,如果它們之間的絕緣不充分, 兩者間流通的離子化電

      流, 將可能腐蝕線圈上所卷的銅線。與在金屬上進行電鍍的作用相同,通過酸、堿等,將可促進該作用。在以往的繼電器中, 往往忽視這種現象, 但是最近在

      卷軸材方面開發出了特性較好的塑料, 而且卷線的絕緣材也開發出了聚氨酯類、聚脂、聚酰胺、特氟龍等特性優良的材料, 減少了一部分危險性。要防止電氣腐

      蝕,應避免在高溫、高濕中保管及使用。在電路構成方面應注意開關的位置, 使其不在卷線上施加+電位, 需要考慮+接地等。

      繼電器上發生的故障中, 多半是接點接觸性問題所引起的, 根據負載條件不同, 其故障內容也有所不同。負載條件可大致分為微小能源· 水平(小功率電路) 、

      中間能源· 水平、高能源· 水平。
      微小能源· 水平, 嚴格地來講稱為機械性接觸電路, 是指不會因熱、放電等接點的接觸狀態而發生變化的負載條件。但是在實際情況中, 即使施加某種程度的電

      壓, 由于接觸狀態不變化, 因此包含其負載條件在內, 進行定義。對接觸狀態不產生影響的界限電壓稱為接點軟化電壓(Softening Voltage), 銀為0.09V、金

      為 0.08V、鉑為0.25V、鎢為0.6V。
      中間能源· 水平是指引起輕度放電現象的負載條件, 從接點軟化電壓到電弧開始放電的電壓。電弧開始放電的電壓, 銀為12V、金為15V、鉑為17.5V、鎢為15V,

      10%的鈀銀合金為11V。
      高能源· 水平是指電弧開始放電電壓以上的電壓。
