The product is manufactured according to the stand of GB12706 or IEC,BS,DIN and ICEA upon request.
適用范圍 Applications
　　本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓0.6/1KV及以下配電網(wǎng)或工業(yè)裝置中固定敷設(shè)之用。
The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed insta-llations with rated power-frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1KV.

　　電纜導(dǎo)體的允許長期工作最高溫度為70℃
　　Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70℃
　　短路時（最長持續(xù)時間不超過5s）電纜導(dǎo)體的允許最高溫度：
　　導(dǎo)體截面 ≤ 300mm2 – 160℃；
　　導(dǎo)體截面 300 – 140＞℃；
　　Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not excssd: (5smaximum duration).Cross-section of conducter ≤ 300mm2 – 160℃；
Cross-section of conducter ＞ 300mm2 – 140℃, 　　電纜敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃。
　　The ambient temperature under installation should should not below0℃
　　電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑10倍。

說明：
單芯鎧裝電纜僅用于直流系統(tǒng)，若用生交流系統(tǒng)，應(yīng)采用非磁性材料鎧裝或司磁措施。

一、產(chǎn)品簡介
    電力電纜用輸配電系統(tǒng)，本公司生產(chǎn)的交流額定電壓0.6/1KV聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜和35KV及以下交聯(lián)聚乙烯電力電纜，其性能不僅符合標準GB1276和IEC60502及IEC60840，并且已形成系列，即阻燃型的、耐火型的、耐寒型的和防水型的電力電纜。
    在阻燃型系列產(chǎn)品中，成功地應(yīng)用了隔氧技術(shù)，不僅0.6/1KV的聚氯乙烯絕緣和交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣阻燃電力電纜能達到GB/T12666.5《成束電力電纜燃燒試驗方法》中A類，而且額定電壓6/10KV及8.7/15KV交聯(lián)聚乙烯阻燃電力電纜也能達到A類高阻燃要求且有較大裕度。在交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣高阻燃的基礎(chǔ)上又開發(fā)了低煙無鹵高阻燃隔氧層電力電纜，其低煙無鹵性能符合國家標準GB/T17651.1.2和GB/T17650.1.2。這樣本公司的交聯(lián)聚乙烯電力電纜的整體水平低于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位。
    本公司生產(chǎn)的耐火型電力電纜為額定電壓0.6/1KV銅芯電纜，還可以生產(chǎn)低煙無鹵耐火電力電纜、高阻燃隔氧層耐火電力電纜，其耐火性能符合GB/T12666.6《電線電纜耐火特性試驗方法》。因此，耐火系列電力電纜的整體性能優(yōu)良可靠。
    防火電纜的阻水性能符合IEC502-2規(guī)定。
